In Edina, we operate a locally owned and managed office that is dedicated to providing personalized service. We began business in 1987, and since then have grown to a $23 million agency, and the 8th largest agency in Minnesota, according to City Business' 2005 listings. We employ 20 people with an average of fifteen years travel industry experience.

We provide you with reports consolidating all air, hotel and car travel activity in your company, giving you a broad perspective. For example, we report a savings code with each ticket so you better manage the trends of our business travel. In short, all the information you need to make policy decisions will be available.
Using proprietary software, we deliver efficient, timely and accurate financial reports designed to simplify travel cost accounting. 

OUR TECHNOLOGY

We have the most advanced airline reservation system in the world at Blue Ribbon Business Travel International, Galileo. This automated system ensures our clients always receive the best rates possible.
     GDSX is an automated quality control system that checks the completeness, validity and accuracy of your reservation.  GDSX also quickly provide our customers with a detailed invoice along with detailed itinerary information via email.

     Blue Ribbon Business Travel International automated fare research guarantees the lowest applicable fares every time your employees travel. We employ two separate software packages to double-check our work, "Fare Assurance", and "Power Pricing”.  Power Pricing is an automated non-biased search to ensure that all alternate carriers, flights and itineraries are checked for fare savings opportunities.  Fare Check automatically checks the fare structure up until departure to determine if a lower fare has become available.  We also check web fares and consolidators for you along with the fares in our reservation system to ensure we are offering all alternatives.     
Our American Express Worldwide Select Hotel Program provides lower-than corporate rates with many of the world's premier hotels plus we offer access to over 8,000 top quality hotels worldwide.
We will help you obtain the best possible rates with leading car rental companies. Our corporate rates get you outstanding discounts at over 5,000 locations worldwide.
Our relationships with travel suppliers are extremely valuable. We will negotiate on your behalf for extra cost savings and value-added perks whenever possible.

OUR SERVICE

Blue Ribbon Business Travel International assumes nothing. Before making any final recommendations, we will undertake a thorough analysis of your company's travel patterns, policies and procedures. This becomes the your Corporate Profile. We then add a Personal Travel Profile for each of your employees who travel on a regular basis. This way we can ensure that each traveler's needs and preferences are consistently met.
