Deem for New Users

deem@work knows your preferences and company policies, and constantly works on your behalf to find, book, and manage all of the services typically used.  Travelers can replicate previously booked trips, reserve airport parking or car service, bookmark their favorite restaurants to quickly find and make reservations, and much more.

 

 

How do I access deem@work?

If you have an existing profile with Blue Ribbon Travel, you have automatically been pre-registered for deem@work and will receive an activation email.

  1. When you receive your activation email from Deem, simply click on the “Activate Your Account” button.
  2. On the activation webpage, you will be prompted to create your own unique password
  3. deem@work is now ready to serve!  You can immediately start booking services or take a moment to complete your profile and set your preferences.

 

 

For future visits to deem@work (after the initial account activation process):

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to blueribbondemo-brt.reardencommerce.com
  2. If your account was created or transferred into Deem by Blue Ribbon, your Username is your business email address (as identified in your travel profile).
  3. However if you completed Open Enrollment, you may have assigned yourself a unique username, other than an email address. If needed, click the Forgot Username link
  4. Your Password is the password you assigned for yourself during registration (Click the Forgot Password link if needed)
  5. Click “Sign In”

 

 

If you are a new employee or have not previously completed a profile with Blue Ribbon Travel, please complete Open Enrollment:

  1. Open a web browser and navigate to blueribbondemo-brt.reardencommerce.com
  2. Click the “Create New Account” link
  3. Complete the Open Enrollment form and click Submit
  4. Within minutes, you will receive a activation email from Deem inviting you to “Get Started”

 

 

Your Corporate/Online Support Travel Agent

Kristin Cottor has been designated as your primary Corporate and Online Support agent. You can contact her via phone or email for all of your Corporate travel and your Online travel needs. If your primary agent is not available you can call and ask for the next available Corporate or Online Support agent.
