The Blue Ribbon PERSONAL Travel Portal offers you a single search engine to plan a simple trip or vacation. Available self-service travel options through the portal include – Air, Rail, Hotel, Car Rental, Chauffeured Car, Dining, Event Tickets, and Pre-Paid Off-Airport Parking.

Deem for New Users
deem@work knows your preferences and company policies, and constantly works on your behalf to find, book, and manage all of the services typically used. Travelers can replicate previously booked trips, reserve airport parking or car service, bookmark their favorite restaurants to quickly find and make reservations, and much more.
NOTE: The Personal Travel Portal is separate from your company’s business travel portal. User account settings and search results may display differently on each portal. Profile preferences and trips from your business travel site are managed separately and cannot be accessed through the Personal Travel Portal.
How do I access deem@work?
- Please complete the self-service Open Enrollment process to create a new user account:
- Open a web browser and navigate to personal-brt.reardencommerce.com
- Click the “Create A New Account” link
- Identify your email address, assign your username and password, then click “Create an Account” (The Registration Code needed to complete enrollment = blueribbon (lower case and run together)
- Within minutes, Deem will send an activation email to the address you provided on the Open Enrollment form inviting you to get started
- Open the activation email and click the button labeled “Get Started Now” to begin the one-time activation process
NOTE: Deem requires that each traveler have a separate user account containing a unique username and email address. If you’d like to link user accounts (i.e. traveling companions, spouse, family, etc.), this can be done inside of your profile under “Delegates”.
For future visits to Deem (after the initial account activation process):
- Open a web browser and navigate to personal-brt.reardencommerce.com
- Enter your username and password (assigned during Open Enrollment / Activation)
- If you do not recall your password or username, click the “Forgot” link to have Deem send you an email
- Click “Sign In”
NOTE: If you opt to bookmark the Sign In page, be sure to rename the site to differentiate between your Company’s portal and the Personal Travel portal
